FAQs

Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.

1. How do I know what strap size fits my smart watch?

Smart watch straps are typically measured by their lug width (the gap where the strap meets the watch face) in millimeters—most commonly 20mm or 22mm. You can find your exact size by:

  • Checking the underside of your current watch strap for an engraved number.
  • Looking up your specific smart watch model on our official compatibility guide.
  • Measuring the inner distance between the watch lugs using a standard metric ruler.
2. Are these straps compatible with Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch?

Yes, but they connect differently!

  • Samsung, Garmin, and Fitbit: Most of these models use standard, universal Quick-Release pins. As long as you select the correct width (e.g., 20mm), the strap will fit perfectly.
  • Apple Watch: Apple uses a proprietary sliding connector. We sell specialized straps that come with pre-installed Apple-compatible adapters. Simply select your Apple Watch case size (e.g., 41mm or 45mm) at checkout.
3. Will wearing a third-party strap affect my watch's health sensors?

Not at all, provided the strap fits correctly. All of our traditional and quick-release straps leave the underside of the watch completely exposed so your heart rate, $SpO_2$, and sleep tracking sensors maintain direct skin contact.

Note: Avoid wrap-around "NATO-style" fabric straps, as they pass directly underneath the watch chassis and block sensor arrays.

4. Which strap material is best for high-intensity workouts?

For fitness and sports, we highly recommend our Silicone or Nylon Mesh collections.

  • Silicone is 100% waterproof, sweat-resistant, and incredibly easy to wipe clean.
  • Nylon is lightweight, highly breathable, and prevents moisture from building up against your skin during intense cardio or outdoor runs.
5. Can I wear a metal chain or Milanese strap while swimming?

We advise against it. While our premium metal and Milanese mesh loops are crafted from high-grade stainless steel (making them highly rust-resistant for daily wear), prolonged exposure to saltwater or pool chlorine can gradually degrade the fine locking mechanisms and spring bars. Stick to silicone or rubber bands for aquatic activities.

6. How do I change my smart watch strap? Do I need tools?

No tools required! Almost all of our straps feature an integrated Quick-Release mechanism. To swap a strap, simply slide the tiny metal lever on the underside of the band inward to retract the pin, pop the old strap out, and slide the new one into place. It takes less than 10 seconds.
